Walter J. Jancura Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Walter J. Jancura Sr. of Smithfield, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 11, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Georgianna; his parents, Joseph Jancura and Rose Jancura Sr.; his siblings, Frank Jancura, Joseph Jancura Jr. (Jennie), Angeline Cichon (Steve), Rose Korwek (Ed), Julia Kournoian (Art), Mary Krulcik (Joe) and Ann Paolucci (Al); and his siblings-in-law, Fred Cesario (Kay), Frank Yanczura, Harry Cesario Jr. and Eleanor Kintz (Bill).
He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Smarrella (James) of Dillonvale, OH, Walter Jancura Jr. (Janice) of Dillonvale, OH and Franklin Jancura (Laura) of Rutland, MA; his grandsons, Joseph Jancura (Sarah) and Paul Jancura (Theresa Paul); his children, Jessica Smarrella, Mary Rose Haddad (Ryan), Faith Adkins (Sean), Thomas Jancura (Megan) and Daniel Jancura; his great grandchildren, Isabella Adkins, Gabriel Jancura, Benjamin Haddad and Emilia Jancura; his siblings-in-law, Betty Yanczura, Marge Cesario and Jim Cesario (Barb); and his pet Willie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
