She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Thompson and Gaynelle Thompson (Shepherd); her husband Albert Phillips; her son Paul Phillips; her stepson Albert Phillips; her siblings, Howard, Melvin, Harvey, Bernard Thompson, Helen Tanner, Mildred Rausenberg and Olive Case; and her son-in-law Don McHugh.
She is survived by: her children, Rosemary McHugh, Kathy Gilday (Jerry McDonald), Mary Lemmi (Kevin), Norman and John Phillips; her brother William Thompson; and her nieces, Shanna Bennington, Shawndel McCain and Linda Savastone. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
