He is survived by: his parents, Mario Pozzuoli and Mary Pozzuoli (Tripodi) of Smithfield; his daughter Avellina Pozzuoli of Smithfield; his siblings, Joseph Pozzuoli (Katie) of Zanesville, OH and Joyce Flaherty (Dan) of Smithfield; his fiancée Crystal Shaughnessy; his fiancée's children, Nicholas Grim of Smithfield and Autumn Shaughnessy of Smithfield; his nieces, Alexis, Fayth Flaherty, Gianna and Mara Pozzuoli; and his nephew Judah Pozzuoli.
He chose to give the gift of life through organ donation.
