She was predeceased by: her parents, John Baricska and Geraldine Baricska (Kemp); and her husband Larry D. Cook. She is survived by: her sons, John D. 'Gunny' Fabry (Angel) and Steve Fabry (Anne); her siblings, Gladys Merckle (John) of Mingo Jct and John Baricska (Sharon) of Smithfield; her grandchildren, Kesha Fabry, John A. Fabry, Jacob Ragsdale, Nickolas Fabry and Gracelynn Fabry; and her great grandchildren, Kierah Fabry and Mya Hillis.
