He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Rine and Ruth Rine (Phlugh); his daughter Kerry Lynn; and his sisters, Louise Pace and Brenda Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce D. Rine (Matthews); his children, Dana Brown (Tim) of Rayland, OH and James R. 'Bo Rine, Jr. (Marijean Benzel) of Wintersville, OH; his sister Sharon Roe (Dawson) of New Alexandria; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Tim Brown, Craig, Chelsea and Josh Rine.
