He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Lowry and Rose Lowry (Carroll). He is survived by: his daughter Catherine L. Cline; his grandchildren, Beverly Smith (Shawn) of Weirton, WV, David Kinney, Jr. of Brilliant, OH and Princess Kinney of Brilliant, OH; and his great grandchildren, Isaac, Jacob Smith, Eli, Ella Kinney, Aubreigh Barton, Alyzabeth and Anthony Butler.
