He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Smith and Dolores G. Smith (Stewart); and his grandson Brandon. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl L. Smith (Elliott); his children, Carla Smith of Smithfield, Anthony Smith (Tiffany) of Pickerington, OH and Marcus Smith (Tenika) of Reynoldsburg, OH; his siblings, Charlene Smith of Smithfield, Charles 'Otis Smith of Aetnaville, OH and Rev. Craig Smith (Debbie) of Mingo Jct, OH; and his grandchildren, Kaylynn, Kamryn, Marcus, Kayson and Sean.
