We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2025, at the age of 60, Billie JoAnn Bowen of Smithfield, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul "Sam" Wilson and JoAnn Wilson (Hanlin); and her son Timothy Norris. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Bowen; her children, Tina Supanik (Gary) of Dillonvale, OH, Thomas Norris (Bobbie) of Smithfield, OH, Brianna Speakman (Dillon) of Ross County, OH, Shayla Bowen of Cambridge, OH and Brittany Schaeffer (James) of Dillonvale, OH; her grandchildren, Mikah, Haleigh, Marissa, Skyler, Rhonda, Aria, Reid, Mica and Spencer; and her siblings, Eugene Heck of Kansas, Rose Mary Wright of Mingo Junction, OH, Paul Wilson (Eve) of Bellaire, OH, Michael Wilson of Bellaire, OH, Diane Kimmons (Carl) of Iowa and Kenny Wilson of Kentucky. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the James Funeral Home (1245 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
