He is survived by: his parent Carolyn Rhoads (Treber); his daughter Debra Ditmer; his son-in-law David Ditmer of Springboro, OH.; his son Mark Rhoads; his daughter-in-law Mona Rhoads of Wilmington, OH.; his grandchildren, Kristin Wittenmyer (Tyler), Kyle Rhoads, Mariah Rhoads, Nicholas Ditmer and Conner Ditmer; and his siblings, Larry Rhoads (Jacqui) of Sabina, OH., Barbara Fitzpatrick of Seaman, OH., Rhea Bell of Peebles, OH. and Norma Brown of Peebles, OH.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
