He is survived by: his siblings, Delores Goldsberry (Keith) of Centerville, OH., Donald Puckett (Linda) of Wilmington, OH. and Jerry Puckett (Sharon) of Peebles, OH.; his sister-in-law Herma Puckett of Punta Gorda, FL.; his nephew Kyle Goldsberry (Jody); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dylan and Alyson; his niece Andrea Fullenkamp (Ryan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brooke, Hunter and Morgan; his nephews, Chad Puckett (Christina) and Craig Puckett; his niece Amy Griffith (Todd); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sydney McPherson (Harley), Layne and Landyn; his nephew Tyler Puckett (Mitzi); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gavin and Griffin; his nephew Dallas Puckett (Becca); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Silas and Spero; and also, Carson and Paxton Puckett.
