It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Raymond Apking (Sinking Spring, Ohio), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on May 28, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Apking and Pauline Apking (Minter); his son Bill Daniel Apking; and his sister Shirley Ferguson. He is survived by: his wife Jean Apking (Cain); his daughter Kathy Riley (Johnny) of Ashland, KY; his grandchildren, Dan Wortman (Erica) and Kerry Allen (Nate); his great grandchildren, Ava, Hudson, Raegan Wortman, Amelia, Oliver and Evelyn Allen; and his siblings-in-law, Janet and Jerry Koehne of West Chester. He is also survived by nephews and niece.
