Wiley of Sidney, Ohio, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on June 9, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ira Wiley. He is survived by: his wife Mandy Wiley (Collins); his children, Andrew Turner of Sidney, Wesley Fulkerson (Angel) of Houston and Winchester "Charlie" Wiley of Sidney; and his siblings, Michael C. Wiley of Delbarton, WV, James Wiley (Rebecca) of Sidney and Joanne Gross of Sidney. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
