He is survived by: his parents, Billy Heatherly and Dorothy Heatherly (Williamson) of Sidney; his fiancée Amanda Brown of Sidney; his children, Christy Osborne of Sidney, Calvin Cunningham, Cody Heatherly (Clara) of Sidney, Zach Heatherly of London, Sheyanne Sy of Piqua, Austin Ball, Ethan Peppo of Las Vegas, NV, Tristan Peppo of Las Vegas, NV, Ryker Heatherly of Piqua and Callie Brown of Sidney; and his sisters, Pages Smith (Lloyd) of Piqua, Jarla Hockaday (Mike) of Sidney and Shaundra Grunkemeyer (John Jr.) of Piqua. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
