He was predeceased by: his parent Webster Billing; and his brother Richard Billing. He is survived by: his parent Agnes Billing (Allton); his son Thomas Billing (Martha) of Springfield, OH; and his stepsons, Bob, Tom (Kris), Doug Abercrombie (Melody) and Marilyn McCarthy.
