He was predeceased by: his parents, Werter Lorn and Gladys Hoy (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Miriam Hoy (Sargent); his children, Will Hoy of Bellefontaine, Susan Coy (Dan) of Sidney, Ralph Prall (Tammy) of Maplewood, David Prall (Mary) of Urbana and Cathy Dunn of Goreville, IL; and his pet Skye. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
