He is survived by: his daughters, Kacy Murray (Duane Stewart) and Tina Lewis Sidney (Tony); his grandchildren, Christopher Watercutter, Michael Kelly (Christina), Jennifer Kelly (Gary Boswell), Jackie Bowman (Travis Miller) and Brandon Lewis (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Jace Cromes, Dylan Kelly, Olivia Bowman, Emma Boswell and Ayla Lewis; and his sister Karen Simpkins of Warrensburg, Illinois..
