He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Foster and Ada Foster (Hickman); his spouse Revonda M. Goff; his siblings, Johnny, Lawrence, Ledford and Imogene Perry; and his brother-in-law Jack Rittenhouse.
He is survived by: his sons, Darrell G. Foster of Sidney and Duane Foster (Kim) of Sidney; his sisters, Faye Reeder (Tom) of Sebring, FL and Nellie Rittenhouse of Old Town, FL; and his sisters-in-law, Faye Hubbard (Neal) of Sidney and Darlene Overbey (Monroe) of Sidney. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
