She was predeceased by: her parents, Delphus Fogt and Loraine Fogt (Sweitzer); her husband Charles "Dan" Elsner; her son Brian Elsner; her siblings, Terry Fogt and Jackie Beach; and her in-laws, Betsy Clark and Doug Beach.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Patterson (Mike) of Sidney and Lynn Pitchford (Tim) of Sidney; her grandchildren, Reece, Cole and Olivia Pitchford; and her in-laws, Patsy Fogt, Dick Clark, Steve and Penny Elsner.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully request memorial contributions be made to St. John's Lutheran Church in Vicki's memory.
