He is survived by: his parents, Donald Browning and Nyoka Winemiller (O'Quinn); his siblings, Donnie Browning (Holly Wallace) of Botkins, Adam Browning of Sidney, Mary Winemiller of Sidney and Billie Jo Haney of Sidney; his stepparents, Richard Winemiller of Greenville and Debra French of Florida; and his stepsiblings, Richard Winemiller of Sidney, Scott Toler of Troy, Chris Winemiller of Sidney, Angie Campbell (Danny) of Sidney and Misty Smith (Steve).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Browning family to help offset funeral costs.
