With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Valerie Steele (Sidney, Ohio), who passed away on April 22, 2020 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Roberts and Dorothy Roberts (Barhorst); and her son Brian Chad Ostendorf. She is survived by: her spouse Ryan Steele; her children, Bruce Ostendorf (Laana) of Sidney, Brad Ostendorf (Maria) of Sidney, Randy Ostendorf (Kristen) of Columbus, Matthew Ostendorf (Shylee Kaczmarek) of Sidney and Alexis Steele of Sidney; her siblings, Brian Roberts (Penny) of Piqua, Bernadette Slife (Bryan Krebs) of Sidney, Jessica Divens (Jerry) of Piqua and Anthony Roberts (Stacy Davis) of Sidney; her grandchildren, James, Grayson, Liam, Max, Hannah, Brady, Andrew and Ava; her nieces, Samantha, Sabrina, Brandi, Brooke, Amber and Brittany; and her nephew Austin.
Due to current COVID19 pandemic, Funeral Services will be private at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home 302 S. Main Ave Sidney with Pastor Earnie Jones officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society PO Box 22718 Oklahoma City, OK 73123 in Valerie's memory.
