He is survived by: his children, Tommy and Shelley; his stepchildren, Jason, Elizabeth, Adam and Hannah; his grandchildren, Noah, Jacob, Caleb, Ethan, Courtney, Chloe, Levi, Lana, Alyssa, Emma, Zoey, William, Kyler, Brett, Jessica and Parker; his great grandchild Dakota; and his sisters, Carol Bliss and Maxine Knisley.
