He is survived by: his mother Diane L. Doak (Pottorf); his wife Karen Doak (Harris); his sons, Gregory Scott Doak of Sidney and Gabriel Thomas Doak of Sidney; and his siblings, Ronald Lee Doak of Sidney, Rhonda Schemmel (Matt), Holly Clem, Richard Kirby of Jackson Center, Joshua Doak (Dwana) and Sarah Doak (Jamie Waldroop) of Sidney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
