He was loved and cherished by many people including: his stepparents, Mary Chamberlin and Robert Wooten; his children, Chad Chamberlin (Michelle) and Chasity Chamberlin of Sidney; his grandchildren, Marcus, Jace, Taybor, Haylee, Elizabeth, Meghan and Zayvierra; his siblings, Wayne (Nancy), Warren, James, Terry (Debbie), David (Debbie), Matt (Karen), Michael, Kris, Vicky and Teresa; his siblings-in-law, Robin (Terry), Loretta, Faye (Scott) and James (Sherry); and his father-in-law Ledford Stephens. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Ohio Hospice of Miami County.
