He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius Bender and Clara Bender (Francis); and his siblings, Robert Bender, Rosalie Billing and Susie Bender.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Moore; his daughters, Amy Schultz (Gary) of Sidney, Kristina Nuss (Brad) of Anna and Natalie Stewart (Alan) of Sidney; his grandchildren, Logan, Grant, Conner, Carter, Corbin, Parker and Lindan; his siblings, Carol Meyer of Sidney, Leo Bender (Nancy) of Tennessee, Louis Bender (Diane) of Wapakoneta, Phyllis DeVelvis (Tom) of Sidney, Kathy Martin (Larry) of Sidney, Gerry Bender of Ft. Loramie and Carl Bender (Jeanette) of Sidney; and his siblings-in-law, Gerald Billing, Gary Moore, Terry Moore (Debbie), Susie Bender and Marsha Pritchard.
Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County in Thomas' memory.
