He is survived by: his spouse Willie Jean; his children, Crystal R. Foy, Kimberly Taylor (Kendall), Valerie Bagley (Anthony) of Lima, Gregory Foy (Yolanda) of Sidney, Kevin C Foy (Angela) of Sidney, Terence Foy (Bird) of Sidney and Trevis Foy Sr. (Elizabeth) of Sidney; and his brothers, Dock Foy (Joan) and Sylvester Foy (Pete) of Piqua. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
