She was predeceased by: her father Francis Teets; her husband John Edward Proffitt; and her siblings, Arlene Ritter, Sam Teets and Jim Teets.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Proffitt (Angela) of Sidney, Michelle Evans of Piqua, Anthony Proffitt (Tiffany) of Sidney, James Proffitt (Amanda) of Sidney and Lisa Thompson (Dale) of Troy. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, also many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
