She was predeceased by: her father James Beck; her husband William G. Fultz Jr.; her son Michael Keith Fultz; and her sister Rosemary Counts. She is survived by: her children, William Scott Fultz, Richard W. Fultz, Lori L. Fultz and Sherri A. Fultz; her grandchildren, Mandy Stalnaker-Fultz, Kevin Fultz, Kayla, Kelsey, William Jarrod Fultz, Bekha and Alek Hirzel; her great grandchildren, Skylar, Ian Stalnaker, Elliott and Teddy Bowers; and her sister Helen Spencer (James) of South Carolina.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association and/or the Kidney Foundation in Teresa's memory.
