Smith of Sidney; her children, Heather Lynn Smith of Cincinnati, Tanya Christine Couchot of Maysville, KY, Elizabeth Lynn Smith of Erlanger, KY and Sara Ann Chamberlin of Sidney; her grandchildren, Dennis Couchot of Maysville, KY, Mason, Maddox Stottlemeyer of Cincinnati, Braxton and Brayden Chamberlin of Sidney; and her siblings, Dana Smith, David Smith and Paul Smith.
