It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Suzanne Moore of Sidney, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 78, on April 16, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Michalski and Angeline Michalski (Kujawa); and her brothers, Carl and Thomas Michalski. She is survived by: her husband Dennis "Denny" Moore; her children, Jacqueline "Jackie" Prouty (Scott) of Troy and John Moore (Jenny) of Anna; her sister Janice Elliott (Gary) of Elmore, OH; her sister-in-law Lucy Michalski of Milbury, OH; her grandchildren, Matthew Prouty (Rahney), Alexander, Zachary Prouty, Katelynn and Jarod Moore; and her great grandchildren, Emmalynn and Nicholas Prouty. She is also survived by "Nana" providing child care for her grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (302 S Main Ave, Sidney, OH 45365). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Graceland Cemetery's. Ohio (975 S Main Ave, Sidney, OH 45365).
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family respectfully requests that memorials be made to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County in Suzanne's honor.
