She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Blake (Kah) and Hamlin Blake (Margaret); and her daughter Anne Whiteside (Mentges). She is survived by: her children, Susan Katenkamp (Tom) of Cincinnati and Bill Mentges (Angie) of Sidney; her grandchildren, Hayley Gonzalez (Esteban), Dylan Whiteside (Ashley) and Shelbie Anderson; her great grandchildren, Blake Whiteside and Genevieve Whiteside; and her siblings, Janet Cox of Columbus, Marj Dunnavant (Tom) of Sidney and Susan Molnar (Steve) of Columbus.
