He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Heath and Ledona Heath (Haines). He is survived by: his children, Amanda Heath of Sidney, Antonella Cisco of Sidney, Kyle Woods (Laurie) of DeGraff and Wesley Woods of Sidney; and his brother Mark Heath of Quincy. He is also survived by nine grandsons.
