He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Russell and Florence Russell (Peace); and his siblings, Steve Russell, Kathy Napier, Vickie Slagle and Harold Russell.
He is survived by: his spouse Vonnice Jean Willard; his sons, Stanley Russell Jr. and Charles Russell; his granddaughter Isabell Russell; and his siblings, Ruthann Hines (Gail) of Monticello, KY, Lou Russell (Hazel), Gary Russell (Tove), Dorothy Tucker and Sidney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family respectfully requests no flowers, but rather considering a donation to the Shelby County Veterans Services in Stanley's memory.
