She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Burton and N. Vivian Burton (Wood); her husband Donald Osborne; and her son Michael Fisher. She is survived by: her siblings, Janice Johnson (Jim) and Herbert Burton (Tammy) of Sidney, Ohio. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 50 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Shirley's name to Wilson Hospice.
