She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clyde Mummey and Opal; her husband Doyle Ceylor; her children, Deb Lewis (Randy) of Sidney, Kim James (Harley) of Bellefontaine, Rob Bell (Lori) of Conover and Stacey Bell (Randy) of Bellefontaine; her siblings, Jan Ward of Sidney, Dave Mummey (Sandy) of Florida, Diana Reineke (Bill) of Sidney and Jenny Lay of Sidney; her former husband Robert Lawrence Bell; her grandson Brian Bell; and her brother Warren Mummey. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren.
