She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Downey and Evelyn Downey (Eiler); and her brother Keith Downey. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Starrett; her children, Ginger Starrett of Troy, Heather Starrett of Dayton and Brian Starrett (Kristen) of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Grace Starrett, Gabriella Starrett, Cullen Starrett and Addison Starrett.
