She is survived by: her husband David Phelps; her children, Sherry Ann Bryant, Johnny Bryant (Trina) and Dustin Bryant (Krissey); her grandchildren, Gracye Bryant, Trista Taylor, Noah Taylor, Joe Bryant, Kody Bryant, Blayne Bryant, Braylee Davis and Nevaeh Davis; her mother-in-law Patsy McClure of Sidney; her siblings, Donald, Juanita Hoaglin of Sidney and Jerry Hoaglin (Betty) of Piqua; her brother-in-law Jimmy Phelps (Debbie); and her niece Faith Cocoa Lowe.
