He was predeceased by: his stepfather Bert Laskey. He is survived by: his spouse Marna Levin (Zwiebel); his daughter Adrianna Levin of Columbus; his stepsons, David Carey (Sarah) of Pemberton and Todd Carey of Pemberton; his grandchildren, Taven and Shaydin Carey; his sister Debi Johnson of Illinois; his nephew Joshua of Missouri; and his nieces, Jessica of Missouri, Nicole of Missouri and Brittany of Missouri.
