He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Georgia Dianne Teets (Millington); his sons, Eric Teets and Kevin Teets of Sidney; his grandchildren, Cody Teets and Kiersten Teets; and his sisters, Arlene Jones of Lockington and Teresa Profit of Piqua.
Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society and/or the Pavilion Nursing Home in Samuel's memory.
