He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carol Vorhees (Vonderhuevel) of Sidney and Darrel Vorhees; his wife Peggy Vorhees (Hildebrand); his daughters, Christina Campbell (David) of St. Paris and Jennifer Vorhees of Sidney; his siblings, Vernard Vorhees (Melodie) of Piqua, Larry Vorhees (Kristi) of Sidney, Peggy Snyder (Jan) of Arcanum and Fred Vorhees (Joe) of Urbana; his grandchildren, Laura Campbell, Domyneik Phipps and Blayton Nation; and his brother Troy Vorhees.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to go toward the grandchildren's education.
