It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Couchman of Sidney, Ohio, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Pheneger and Pauline Pheneger (Thompson); her spouse R. Dale Couchman; her children, Heidi Crouse (Keith) of Sidney and Robin Hughes (Stan) of Union, OH.; and her grandchildren, Xander and Xavier Hughes.
