She is survived by: her spouse John Hosack; her children, Leigh Cline (John) of Sidney, Donna Martin of Columbus and Don Kotwica of Troy; and her siblings, Sharon Curtis of Sidney, Jane DeVelvis of Orlando, FL and Rachael Hampton of Troy. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
