With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Lyme of Sidney, Ohio, born in Jackson Center, Ohio, who passed away on January 29, 2021 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruby Lyme to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert "Ray" and Armetta McBride (Whitney); her husband Herbert "Pete" Lyme; and her brothers, Raymond McBride Jr. and Glenn McBride.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Blackford (Jeff) of Sidney and Nancy Garrett (Scott) of Sidney; her grandchildren, Ty Blackford (Diana), Brandon Blackford (Emily), Kent Blackford (Susan), Jett Blackford (Amber), Nathanael Garrett (Amanda) and Nick Garrett (Buffy); and her nieces and nephews, LaRie Hull (John), Linda Miller, Jim McBride (Rosa) and Herman McBride (Dixie). She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Baptist Church in Ruby's memory.
