It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roy Lewis Sr. of Sidney, Ohio, who passed away on January 20, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Starling Lewis and Sarah Lewis (Worley); and his siblings, Raymond Lewis, Ellard Lewis, Willard Lewis, Addie Hughes and Betty Hamilton.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Teague (Robert) of Sidney, Roy D. Lewis, Jr. (Angelique) of Toledo and Ronald Lewis of Sidney; his siblings, Nancy Hecht of Sidney and Ray Lewis, Sr. (Connie Kay) of Sidney; and his close friend Jim Young. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
