He was predeceased by: his father George Koons; his wife Betty Jane Koons (Fahnestock); his brother Virgil Koons; and his grandson Brad Cisco. He is survived by: his children, William Cisco (Deborah Lynn Koons) of West Liberty, Shelia Kay Robinson of Sidney and Aaron Koons (Karen) of Sidney; his grandchildren, Eric Cisco, Amber Bales Taylor, Joshua Koons and Samantha Koons; his great grandchildren, Chelsea Cisco, Hunter Cisco, Autumn Cisco, Gage Cisco, Zavien Cisco, Andrew Taylor, Kayleigh Taylor, Isabella Koons, Liam Koons, Claire Koons and Alena McHargue; his stepgrandchildren, Desmond Woods and Isabelle Lawrence; his sister Bonnie Ashford of Anna; and his friend Pamela Coburn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
