He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wise and Agnes Wise (Blakely); his wife Linda K. Wells; his brother Russell Wise; his nephew Terry Wise; and his niece Tiffany Etgen.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Eakins (Glen) and Todd Wise (Faith); his brothers, Robert Wise (Helen), Roger Wise (Violet), Roy Wise (Kathy), Randy Wise (Glenda) and Ralph Wise (Teri); his sisters-in-law, Rose Wells and Sandy Young; and his grandchildren, Derek Eakins (Shelby) and Kaylee Shoup (Patric). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
