He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Westerbeck and Eunice Westerbeck (Fogt); and his brother Bob Westerbeck. He is survived by: his wife Judith L. Morrow; his children, Mark Westerbeck (Cathy) of Florence, SC, Kevin Westerbeck (Dee Ricker-Telerico) of Spencerville, Misti Landrey of Sidney and Barry Westerbeck (Kara) of Sidney; and his sister-in-law Doris Westerbeck. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
