He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo and Mary Smith, Jr. (Day); and his stepfather Richard Damrow. He is survived by: his wife Martha Bray; his stepchildren, Tulena Zwiebel (James) of Sidney and Stacy Smith (Sylvia) of Sidney; his grandchildren, Sulachena Berryman (Ben), Justin Zwiebel (Alexis), Gabby Zwiebel, Savanna Zwiebel, Jordan Zwiebel and Steven Smith (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Lilian, Lincoln, Aurora, Alana, Vaughn, Stari and Raylen; and also Delores Grigsby (Larry) of Mason, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
