He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Bernard and Eva Estella Leckey (Knoblaugh); his former wife Norma Jean (Cotinger); his son Donald Eugene Leckey; his brother Gerald Lee Leckey; and his brother-in-law Chester Welch.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann George-McMillen; his son Ralph David Leckey of Sidney; his stepchildren, Lori Ann Hinkle (John) of Sidney, James Edward George of Montana and Timothy Allen George of Jasper, GA; his sisters, Glenna Mae Welch of Sidney and Brenda Faye Ludwig (Tim) of Sidney; and his stepgrandchildren, Katherine, Pearl, Dixie, Chelsea and Ashley.
Memorials to honor Ronald may be made to Wilson Hospice or charity of the donor's choice.
