He is survived by: his wife Susan Cavinder (Gilkes); his sons, Jeff and Greg Cavinder of Sidney; his stepchildren, Amanda Meiring (Mike) of New Bremen and Michael Gilkes of Sidney; his grandsons, Jason, Brian of Springboro and Wes of Botkins; his stepgrandchildren, Taylor and Ellie Meiring of New Bremen; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Kylee, Connor, Evan and Brady; and his siblings, Harold, Gary Cavinder of Sidney, Keitha Wisecup (Jim) of Maplewood and Joyce Martin (Glen) of Anna.
