He was predeceased by: his parents, Milburn Turner and Flora Lee Turner (Hensley); and his siblings, Virgil Turner, James Turner, Milburn Jr. Turner and Brenda Sue Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Turner (Hale); his children, Jenny Maxwell (Michael) of Sidney, Melanie Hinds (Ben) of Sidney and Jeffrey Turner (Rachel) of Camp Humphreys, Korea; and his grandchildren, Lindsy Pierce (Sean), Grace Rader, Taylor Maxwell, Benjamin Hinds, Alexis Hinds and Elizabeth Maxwell. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
